What is your favorite thing about the movie Labyrinth?
Well, now that I have the DVD and I can see a heck of a lot more... I'd have to say that I still love the ballroom scene. Especially the way the shimmering waves were created by covering the camera lense with a waved bubble. (Sorry if I spoiled the illusion for anyone.)
Who is your favorite character, and why?
For some reason, I love the Fieries, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because they remind me of myself, in part. The part of me that just wants to break out of the confines of society and have a good time.
If Jareth had given you the crystal (and there was no baby brother at stake), what dream would you have chosen?
What dream would I have chosen? That's a hard one. I think it would be the one where I am able to help those in the world that need it most... or the one where I get to meet Audrey Hepburn! Not that living in the Labyrinth would be a bad thing either... I honestly do not know, I think I'm still too young to know exactly what I want.
What character in the movie do you think you are most like? Why?
I'd like to think that I’m a combinaiton of Jareth and Sarah, but it always ends up that I'm ore like Sarah than I'd like to admit. I can be stubborn but once I set my mind to getting something done, there's really nothing that can sway me from finishing a task. And, like Sarah, there's always that part of me that wants to get away from life. I guess most people do at some point.

Do you believe in faeries? Yes

What is your favorite quote?
"I'm a princess! I'm a princess! I'M A GOD DAMN PRINCESS!!!!" -One of my very good friends on a MAJOR sugar high... from one of her writings.
Do you think David Bowie is sexy? (If you don't swing that way.... how about Jennifer?)
Does the sound of a contented cat answer this question for you? (purrrrrrrrrr)
Although, the way he looked in a recent photo was enough to make my blood curdle...
Do you have a favorite Bowie album? What is it and what do you like about it?
Hmm, I think it's "Outside" since it's the first one I ever got, even though it IS a little (ahem) deranged.
What career are you in, or what career do you hope to be in?
Currently, I'm still in school, and really am not certain where my life will head.
What are your hobbies?
I love to draw anime, and paint. (some of my work is in the store) I also adore writing, although most of it is unfinished... My main passion is singing though, I do it wherever and whenever I can, regardless of who is around.
What are your favorite movies?
Besides Laby? Hmm, I love The Matrix, and Legend. I'll prob'ly always be a Star Wars freak... Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was wonderful. For those of you who haven't seen it, you should.
What are your favorite books?
Hmm, the Narnia saga by C.S. Lewis, Anne McCaffery's Pern books and Crystal Singer trilogy, and Harry Potter, of course.
Who is your favorite singer or band?
Besides Bowie? Gee, that's a toughie...no clue. I'm afraid I don't listen to the radio often enough to decide.

What is your favorite set of song lyrics?

Hmm...I shan't type them out as they are a whole song.
Bowie's Strangers When We Meet.

(The webmaster Ms. Agrathea steps in with a lovely cut and paste courtesy of Teenage Wildlife. "Why, here you go, Cat, here are the lyrics...")

You (x6)

All our friends
Now seem so thin and frail
Slinky secrets
Hotter than the sun

No peachy prayers
No trendy rechauffé
I’m with you
So I can’t go on

All my violence
Raining tears upon the sheets
I’m bewildered
For we’re strangers when we meet

Blank screen TV
Preening ourselves in the snow
Forget my name
But I’m over you

Blended sunrise
And it’s a dying world
Humming Rheingold
We scavenge up our clothes

All my violence
Raining tears upon the sheets
I’m resentful
For we’re strangers when we meet

Cold tired fingers
Tapping out your memories
Halfway sadness
Dazzled by the new

Your embrace
Was all that I feared
That whirling room
We trade by vendu

Steely resolve
Is falling from me
My poor soul
All bruised passivity

All your regrets
Ride rough-shod over me
I’m so glad
That we’re strangers when we meet

I’m so thankful

That we’re strangers when we meet

I’m in clover

For we’re strangers when we meet

Heel head over

That we’re strangers when we meet

Strangers when we meet (x9, fading)

What is the most amazing thing you have ever done?
Too early in life to know.

Tell us more about yourself.

I've written so much already, I'm not sure I ought to drown you with personal notes, and I'm not certain I want to. Let's meet over tea and talk some other time, ok?

In closing...

"No one can blame you/For walking away/ But too much protection (yes, the actual lyric) / No love injection/ Life can be easy/ It's not always swell/ Don't tell me truth hurts, little girl..."
