What is your favorite thing about the movie Labyrinth?
The fact that it is a fairytale in the old tradition of such stories.  To often, these days, fairytales are light and sweet, but originally they dark, dangerous, and sexy.  I also love how the movie itself seems to alter and change each time I watch it.

Who is your favorite character, and why?
I would have to say my favorite character is Jareth (like so many other women).  He exudes passion, mystry, sensuality, and he is just so dangerous.  But underneath all of that, he is a man in love with a young woman. I think I love the tragic aspects as much as the devilish ones that surround him.

If Jareth had given you the crystal (and there was no baby brother at stake), what dream would you have chosen?
For no ill ever to come to those I love and for happiness in the arms of my ideal man, living out eternity in a beautiful castle surrounded by friends, with acres of land surrounding my home where I could run free or ride to my hearts desire.

What character in the movie do you think you are most like? Why?
I like to think that I am most like Jareth.  At times I have a very dark sense of humor, too many clothes for my own good, and I love to win.

Do you believe in faeries? Yes

What is your favorite quote?

"You say that so often, I wonder what your basis for comparison is."

"The damned are lost, but the lost not always damned."

Do you think David Bowie is sexy? (If you don't swing that way.... how about Jennifer?)
Of course he is.

Do you have a favorite Bowie album? What is it and what do you like about it?
The Labyrinth album.  I must admit I don't have too many of his other albums, but I do so love his voice.

What career are you in, or what career do you hope to be in?
Developmental Psychologist

What are your hobbies?
Reading, horseback riding, dreaming, writing, reasearching, playing.

What are your favorite movies?
Labyrinth (of course), Boondock Saints, Mad Max The Road Warrior, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, as you can see, my tastes are quite diverse.

What are your favorite books?
The Icewind Dale Trilogy and all supplemental Drizzt books, Tailchasers Song, Ashes to Ashes, The Dragonlance Novels (by Weis and Hickman)

Who is your favorite singer or band?
Again, I must say that my tastes are so diverse that I don't have a single favorite.  It really depends on my mood.  Sometimes it is Miles Davis, other times it's Aerosmith, still other times I find myself working out to BOND.  It really depends on my mood.

What are your favorite Web sites?

This one is by far one of my most visited.

What is your favorite set of song lyrics?

Okay, not a song lyric, but a poem line, hope that works for you guys.

"Do not go gentle into that good night Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

To me, it speaks of never giving in, never giving up.

What is the most amazing thing you have ever done?
Kissed the man I fell in love with.

Tell us more about yourself.

I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin (hopefully soon to be in Atlanta Georgia persuing my PhD in Developmental Psychology with an emphasis on Behavior Mod for ADHD).  I live with my Siberian Husky, Nykia.  I am a dreamer with a dark sense of humor and a strong sense of justice.  I believe anything is possible.  Even what seems improbable or fantastical.  There is always more beyond the surface than most people are willing to see.  I adore the absurd and British comedy.  I am slightly crazy, and I revel in it.  It is that crazy part of myself that makes me interesting.  Other than that, you will just have to email me to find out anything else!
